Common questions
When do new sessions start?
New sessions begin every 8 weeks. Check the Classes page for exact start dates. Spots fill quickly — we recommend enrolling at least a week before the session starts.
What if I miss a class?
Life happens. Each session includes one make-up option — just let us know in advance and we'll find a solution. We can't offer refunds for missed classes, but we do our best to keep you on track.
Can I switch levels mid-session?
If you find yourself in the wrong level, reach out in the first week and we'll sort it out. After that, we ask you to complete the session — the jump in difficulty is usually smaller than it feels.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before a session starts. After that, we offer a credit toward a future session. No refunds once a session has begun.
